Marcus or Daniel will talk you through it in a couple of minutes and you will usually hang up knowing exactly what to book and what it costs. There is no call centre and no automated menu, just someone in the bay with a hand free.

Our fixed shop is on Williams Esplanade, a short walk from the Palm Cove beachfront. There is parking out front and a couple of coffee places within two minutes if you are waiting for a drop-off.

Opening hours
We run one car per bay at a time, which is why slots fill up quickly during the busier months. Booking two or three days ahead usually gets you the pick of the week.

We are easy to spot from the road
The workshop sits on Williams Esplanade between the Palm Cove shops and the jetty end of the esplanade. Look for the roller door with the Dealfable logo and the row of cars queued for pickup.

The five questions that come up most often when customers first get in touch, answered here so you can get straight to booking.
Usually two to three days is enough for an interior package. Coating jobs take a full day each, so a week of notice is safer for those. If you need something done sooner, ring us and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it in.
For a quick refresh, yes, and there is a bench outside plus a coffee spot two doors down. For anything longer than an hour we would rather you drop the car and come back, because the drying and curing stages do not run faster just because somebody is watching.
We can add a pickup and drop-off within a 15 kilometre radius of Palm Cove for a flat $60 each way, subject to scheduling. This is common for fleet customers and for people having a coating done. Ask when you book and we will confirm a time slot.
Please do. Two or three daylight photos of each side, the bonnet and one of the interior is plenty. It lets us give you a realistic quote before you commit, and for coatings we can usually tell you exactly which tier makes sense.
We handle a handful of local trades businesses and a rental operator on regular cycles, and can quote fleet rates for five vehicles or more. Contact us with the make-up of the fleet and we will put a written proposal together.
