Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern every booking and every service Dealfable carries out for you. By confirming a booking, dropping off a vehicle, or authorising us to begin work, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any other owner of the vehicle.
Bookings, changes and cancellations
Bookings can be made by phone, email or through this website. Where a booking requires a deposit, the deposit is applied to the final invoice.
- Changes or cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking incur no charge.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 25 per cent of the quoted price.
- No-shows or vehicles made unavailable at the agreed time may be charged in full.
- We may reschedule a booking due to weather, equipment failure or staff illness, and will offer the earliest suitable alternative.
Prices, quotes and payment
Prices shown on this site and in our packages apply to standard sedans and SUVs unless stated otherwise. Larger vehicles, heavily soiled interiors and vehicles with significant paint defects may require a revised quote after inspection. We will always tell you the revised figure before starting work.
Payment is due on completion unless a deposit or invoice arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept major cards, bank transfer and where available, cash. Overdue invoices may incur a reasonable administration fee.
Vehicle condition, risk and liability
You confirm that you are entitled to authorise work on the vehicle and that you have disclosed any pre-existing damage, aftermarket installations, weak trim, peeling clear coat or electrical faults. Detailing can reveal damage that was already present but hidden under dirt or grime.
We take reasonable care at all times. We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, brittle or aged plastic and rubber, poorly adhered coatings, aftermarket installs or unsecured items left in the vehicle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the specific service.
Warranties and governing law
Ceramic coating services carry a written warranty as described in the relevant package. Warranties are conditional on the recommended maintenance schedule being followed. Other services are completed with reasonable skill and care but are not separately warranted beyond that standard.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in force.
