We review your request
Someone from the workshop reads the details you sent and checks them against the diary. Nothing automated, nothing outsourced.
Dealfable has your details and someone from the workshop will be in touch. If you sent a service request, Marcus or Daniel will review the make, model and condition you described and come back with a firm price and the next available bay. If you just sent a general enquiry, expect a reply within one business day, usually sooner if the bay is quiet. There is nothing else you need to do now.
We do not use a call centre or an automated system, so the reply you get is from a real person in the bay who can actually answer the tricky questions about paint or fabric. Here is the short sequence from here.

Written price for the job as described, plus a note if we think the scope needs adjusting once we see the car in person.
If the price or the package is not right, tell us. We have talked plenty of customers onto a cheaper package that suited better.
The slot is held the moment you confirm. Deposits, where they apply, go straight onto the final invoice rather than on top of it.
Walk-around, sign-off on the scope, and the same person inspects the car again at pickup before you get the keys.
If you sent a general enquiry and have not decided yet, these are the two services that get asked about the most when people ring us.
Seats out, carpets hot-water extracted, fabric steam-lifted and a full ozone cycle to kill the source of the smell. This is the one that sorts dog cars, spilled milk and trade vehicles properly.
Short pieces from the Dealfable journal. They cover the questions people ask most often after they send an enquiry.
Dish soap, monthly washes, parking under a tree. Most of the advice people follow out here is aimed at someone in a dry inland city, and it makes coastal cars worse.
Sent the form on a Sunday and had a quote back before lunch on Monday. Price was exactly what they said, car was ready when they said, and the floor mats had never looked that good. Zero surprises on the invoice.
I booked online for my wife's car as a surprise. They asked the right questions about the fabric type before quoting and picked the packaging up on the day. Small thing, but it showed they were paying attention.
Our inbox gets checked during workshop hours, but phone is always faster. If you need a booking locked in for this week, pick up the phone and describe the car — we will usually tell you straight away whether we can fit it in.
Back to contactsOdour eliminations include a ten-day follow-up check. If the smell comes back in that window, we re-treat at no charge. It has happened four times in eleven years.
Ceramic coatings come with a written multi-year warranty, provided the maintenance schedule is followed. The terms are on the handover sheet, not buried in small print.
If something we did is not right, bring the car back and we will sort it. Nobody at Dealfable gets paid for arguing with a customer about a finishing detail.
Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
